Learning the Olympic Lifts: Dial in

The snatch and clean & jerk are the most complex lifts that most lifters will ever attempt. The biggest problem that people run into is that they just try to do everything all at once, get frustrated, and then give up.

Using a very specific exercise progression, Lance makes learning the lifts manageable. He promises that nobody leaves without feeling better about their lifts ;)
